We reached bangkok around 11am today, checked into hotel around 12noon and went shopping after that..it was around 6pm that we received a call from my brother to say they have reached the hotel. We were shopping for boo's 2nd bd gift, and luckily we were already paying when we got the call. Immediately we rushed to the hotel. At the lobby, when we came face to face with boo, about 5 metres apart, she saw me 1st, and the initial look on her face was blur, she looked at me for 5secs, then she started laughing, and she walked and subsequently broke into a run and dashed into my embrace. She hugged me so hard & long & was laughing & laughing away...when i finally broke away from her, K called her "boo boo", and she ran to him & gave him a very tight hug too...k later said, this moment itself is already worth the trip, and the 2 days no pay leave he had to apply...boo just sticked to me & k and even refused to let us out of her sight. So in the end, we let her sleep with us on the King size bed. Took her to our room, put on the bath and me & boo had a fun time splashing each other. She still played with us on the bed for quite some time b4 she's willing to turn in....

1 thing to comment. The hotel we are staying in for these 3 days are very new. Opened October 2007. And the room is spacious. King size bed, a sofa for 2, a table to go with it. Bathtub & shower is seperate. It's around S$185 per night, but i think it's worth it. The moment we arrived, a lady came up to us to offer help. And after she's arranged the room, she personally brought us up to show us the room. Very personalised service. May be their management style, but may also because it's a new hotel, so need to do all these extra services to attract customers.
