Tuesday, July 22, 2008 Boo and her loads of RUBBISH
It was a mere 3 weeks between boo flying to Tokyo and we flew there to meet her...however, 3 weeks makes a great difference for kids who are constantly learning... Boo can really talk nowadays, below are some of examples -
1) Shopping in Taka, k was pushing boo in her stroller, and the dear little one just sang her hearts out, so loud and so funny, no bothering about other shoppers' glances. So i told her 那里有人唱歌这么大声的?", "有“she replied. I asked "谁？“ and she replied again "boo boo"...nearly faintz...but very true...
2) That day Maggie was making the bed after we all woke up, boo as usual, loves to mess around on the beds. So maggie told her "你不帮忙就出去！“，our dear little one replied "不帮忙，不出去！“，Maggie was speechless...
3) Boo has been constantly requesting that she wants a strawberry cake, and we always tell her we'll buy for her 1 day...she would repeat day after day, then 1 day, my mom told her, “好，奶奶买strawberry cake 给你。你吃strawberry奶奶吃cake.", to which she replied "no, 啊要strawberry和cake" "啊"is by the way, her chinese for "我“.
It's amazing how much she can speak nowadays...though i watched her from not knowing how to speak to talking a few words...it's still a surprise for me & k that she can talk so much more in the 3 weeks we were not with her...KIDS ARE SIMPLY AMAZING
